Engaging Fender Financial to purchase a claim does not create an attorney–client relationship. Fender Financial is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, representation, or counsel.
All services are performed on a best-efforts basis. We make no guarantee that any claim will be accepted, purchased, or result in any specific outcome or settlement amount.
Claim Acceptance & Verification
Fender Financial does not accept all claims. Every claim is subject to review and verification.
Claims will be verified against police reports, accident databases, and national reporting companies. Submission of a claim does not constitute an offer, and Fender Financial reserves the right to reject any claim for any reason, including but not limited to incomplete documentation, prior accidents, discrepancies in reported data, or failure to meet eligibility criteria.

Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
